DROSS ENGINEERING’S 1.5M3 TRF READY FOR SHIPMENT TO LATIN AMERICA
Dross Engineering has completed manufacture of a 1.5m3 tilting rotary furnace for their customer in Latin America. The sale was negotiated earlier this year by Dross Engineering’s Spanish and Latin American agent: Hormesa. The furnace is designed to smelt lead plates and lead oxides recovered from used lead acid batteries and produce lead bullion which, after refining, returns to the battery making process (further details see articles).

New Marketing Concept:
Faced with rising transport costs, both inland and maritime, increasing import administration charges and taxes, Dross Engineering offers their customers a new marketing concept aimed at reducing capital investment for nonferrous metal recycling plant. Dross Engineering will supply their customers with the core components of the project, developed over many years of experience in the field, together with a set of fabrication drawings for items that can be manufactured by local fabricators and machine shops.
